Latin Builders to host snack-time with the candidates

As the 2012 elections continue to heat up, the Latin Builders Association® is hosting an event that is sure to be the most exclusive campaign stop in Florida. This all-day event will showcase leading GOP frontrunners. Each candidate will have a dedicated program to speak to the membership. Governor Rick Scott will be the main speaker at the luncheon. The event will take place on January 27, 2012 at the Downtown Miami Hilton Hotel, located at 1601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, Fl.
Kicking off Decision 2012 will be a breakfast with one of the candidates, followed by a cafecito (coffee) with another candidate. Headlining the day’s agenda is a special luncheon with Governor Rick Scott. Governor Scott will be the main speaker at the luncheon portion of the day, illustrating his vision for Florida. There will be a unique and candid question and answer session with him at the luncheon.
Following the luncheon, there will be merienda (snacks) with another candidate, and concluding the day will be a cocktail hour featuring the final candidate. At these programs, candidates will have an opportunity to discuss their viewpoints and interact with local businesspeople.
“We are honored that the Republican Presidential candidates made the LBA one of their preferred stops in Florida,” said President Bernie Navarro. “We are looking forward to this event to meet the candidates, and see how their plans impact the economy and South Florida. We are particularly interested in their policies towards Latin America and getting this economy moving again.”
Tickets and sponsorship packages are available through the LBA. For more information, please call 305.446.5989.

Florida looks like do-or-die for Gingrich

Barring a miracle, South Carolina's primary will reduce the field coming in to Florida's January 31 republican primary. Winning SC and Florida would pretty much seal the deal for Romney. Losing either state to Gingrich or Perry would kick the can down the road to Super Tuesday.
