Florida CFO Atwater not running for US Senate
Florida's CFO, Jeff Atwater, has publicly declared he will NOT run for the US Senate representing Florida.

This is a man who was run out of the presidential campaign because five different women accused him of sexual misconduct. Do GOP fundraisers think voters forget this stuff? Do GOP fundraisers just believe they, literally, win with women, while the rest of the world loses?

Gov. Scott raises nearly $1,000,000 so far this year
Florida Governor Rick Scott's Let's Get to Work Committee has raised $910,000 so far this year. The Villages developer Gary Morse and other people and a company associated with The Villages community in Central Florida gave a total of $180,000 so far. Miguel Fernandez, a Miami healthcare executive, contributed $125,000 in January. Florida Blue Cross & Blue Shield ponied up $100,00 and United Group Underwriters also kicked in $100,000. These contributors have interest in auto insurance and Medicaid contracting. The Geo Group, a private prison operator also cut a $100,000 check.
